Immersive Attractions

Extraordinary attractions transport audiences beyond the everyday. Through themed environments, interactive storytelling, and unforgettable encounters, the most successful experiences create lasting memories and give guests a reason to return.

Elite Attractions specializes in the creative development, production, and operation of immersive entertainment experiences. From professional haunted attractions and elaborate seasonal productions to interactive cultural experiences, we combine imaginative storytelling with the practical expertise required to bring ambitious concepts to life.

From Concept to Experience

Great immersive attractions require more than compelling scenery. They demand a sophisticated understanding of guest behavior, operational efficiency, safety, throughput, and financial performance.

Our experience spans concept development, creative direction, attraction design, guest-flow planning, production oversight, operating strategies, and the integration of immersive entertainment into established destinations.

Experience Behind the Imagination

Brian Luallen brings more than two decades of experience developing, producing, and operating attractions and seasonal entertainment at destinations across the United States. His background includes nationally recognized haunted attractions, major Halloween events, holiday celebrations, and immersive entertainment experiences designed to engage audiences at scale.

His professional experience includes entertainment and attractions leadership aboard the legendary RMS Queen Mary, work with nationally recognized attractions including Netherworld Haunted House, and seasonal entertainment programming at major cultural and recreational destinations across the country.

At the Queen Mary, Brian directed a major refresh of the ship’s existing Ghosts and Legends attraction and helped grow its signature Halloween event from approximately 65,000 to 165,000 attendees. His experience extends beyond Halloween to holiday attractions, seasonal festivals, and destination-wide entertainment programs that create new reasons for visitors to return throughout the year.

More recently, Brian created and executive produced Nightmare Wharf, an original Halloween attraction at the Buffalo Naval Park. Its inaugural season features two distinct experiences: The Infected District, inspired by Buffalo’s historic waterfront, and Project Blackwater, a Cold War-themed attraction aboard USS Little Rock.

His work also includes the development and opening of Not Fade Away, an immersive cultural attraction at Iowa’s legendary Surf Ballroom Music Experience Center.

These experiences demonstrate how immersive entertainment and seasonal attractions can expand audiences, activate existing destinations, extend operating seasons, and create sustainable new revenue opportunities.
