Seasonal Experiences
Every season presents an opportunity to bring a destination to life. From spectacular holiday celebrations and immersive Halloween attractions to summer festivals and signature community events, exceptional seasonal programming creates traditions that audiences return to year after year.
Elite Attractions specializes in developing, producing, and operating seasonal entertainment experiences that transform existing venues into compelling destinations. Our approach combines creative vision, operational expertise, and sound business strategy to create memorable guest experiences while building attendance, revenue, and long-term audience loyalty.
Creating Reasons to Return
Successful seasonal attractions do more than fill a calendar. They create anticipation, establish traditions, introduce destinations to new audiences, and generate meaningful economic activity.
Our experience encompasses large-scale Halloween attractions, holiday light displays, winter celebrations, ice skating experiences, festivals, waterfront programming, and destination-wide entertainment. From intimate community activations to major ticketed productions welcoming thousands of guests, we understand how to develop experiences that balance creative ambition with operational and financial realities.
Elite Attractions helps organizations identify opportunities within their existing properties, develop distinctive programming concepts, establish operating and revenue models, and execute experiences that encourage repeat visitation.
National Experience, Memorable Traditions
Brian Luallen brings more than two decades of experience developing and leading seasonal entertainment at major attractions and destinations across the United States.
At the legendary RMS Queen Mary in Long Beach, California, his entertainment leadership helped transform the ship’s signature Halloween event into a major regional attraction, growing attendance from approximately 65,000 to 165,000 guests. His broader professional experience includes nationally recognized haunted attractions, holiday celebrations, seasonal festivals, and entertainment programming at cultural and recreational destinations.
At Dallas’s historic Fair Park, Brian’s executive leadership encompassed the strategic development and operation of a 277-acre cultural and entertainment campus, including opportunities to expand programming, strengthen partnerships, and engage audiences beyond traditional event calendars.
At the Buffalo Naval Park, Brian created and executive produced Nightmare Wharf, an original immersive Halloween attraction that activates the waterfront and historic naval vessels in entirely new ways. His destination strategy also includes Deck the Hulls, a winter holiday experience designed to extend the Park’s operating season and introduce new audiences to its historic setting.
These experiences reflect a consistent philosophy: seasonal programming should be more than a temporary event. It should strengthen the identity, economic vitality, and long-term appeal of the destination itself.
The Business of Seasonal Entertainment
Behind every successful seasonal attraction is a carefully developed operating plan. Elite Attractions brings experience in creative development, production budgeting, staffing, ticketing strategy, guest-flow management, marketing, safety planning, sponsorship development, and event operations.
Whether launching a new attraction, revitalizing an established festival, or developing a year-round programming strategy, we help organizations create experiences that are as financially sustainable as they are memorable.
Excite. Engage. Entertain. Educate.
